“总算”，副词，表示经过相当长的时间以后某种愿望终于实现。例如:
“Finally”, an adverb, means that after a long time, a certain wish has finally come true. For example:
刻苦学习了一个月，总算要放假了。
After studying hard for a month, we finally have a holiday.
辛苦了一整天，总算可以休息了。
After working hard all day, I can finally have a rest.
“总算”，还可以表示大体上还过得去。
“At last” can also mean that it is still passable on the whole.
数学是最让人头疼的，也总算也是及格了。
Maths is the most troublesome, and I finally passed.
家收拾了也不太满意，但总算有一个落脚的地方。
