“至于”，既可以做动词，也可以做介词，
“As for”, it can be either a verb or a preposition,
当“至于”做动词的时候，表示达到某种程度，多用于反问句。例如：

（1）我只是说话大声一点，你至于生气吗？
I’m just talking a little louder. Are you angry？
（2）一碗普通的面，至于300块钱吗？
A bowl of ordinary noodles, as for 300 yuan?
“至于”也可以做介词，用在“(A)……，至于(B)……”结构中表示另提一事。
例如
“as for” can also be used as a preposition, it is used in the structure of “(a)…, as for (b)…” to indicate another matter. for example：
（3）我知道小明在一中读书，至于他家在什么地方，我不清楚。
I know Xiao Ming is studying in No. 1 middle school. As for where his family is, I don’t know.
（4）我知道她是学生，至于是哪个学校的，我不知道。
I know she is a student. As for which school she is from, I don’t know.
