动词+得/不+起, 表示主观上有(没有)实现(或承受)某种动作的能力和条件。例如:
The structure 动词+得/不+起 indicates that there is (or is not) the ability and condition to achieve (or bear) a certain action subjectively. For example:
水桶非常重，我提不起来。
The bucket is so heavy that I can’t lift it.
这个苹果，我买得起。
I can afford this apple.
这本书，我拿得起来。
I can pick up this book.
