A：英语里就是visit 一个词，为什么汉语里二者用法有区别呢？
Why One word “Visit” in English divides into two different usages in Chinese?
B：“参观”是实地考察，对象是某个地方。“访问”的对象是人。
“Visit” is a field visit, the object is a certain place. The object of “access” is people.
A：我上周参观了复旦大学。里面有图书馆，科技楼等。
I visited Fudan University last week. There are libraries, science and technology buildings, etc.
B： 是吗？ 我下周要去访问复旦大学呢
Really? I’m going to visit Fudan University next week
A：老师，复旦大学不是个地方吗？为什么可以用“访问”？
Teacher, isn’t Fudan University a place? Why can I use “access”?
B：所以我访问复旦大学的意思是访问那里的师生，跟她们座谈。
So my visit to Fudan University means to visit the teachers and students there and have a discussion with them.
A：我明白了。是不是可以这样说： 下周你将参观并访问复旦大学。
I see. Can you say that you will visit Fudan University next week.
B：非常棒！ 你真是太聪明了！
