Today,let us study：not uncertainly
可不是，副词,表示赞同、附和对方说的话,常常单独成句。也说“可不”例如:
Not uncertainly , it is an adverb. It means to agree with and echo what the other man says. It often forms a single sentence. Sometime “是” can be omitted. for example:
A: 没想到咱们毕业都已经十年了
B: 可不是！时间过得真快
A: It’s been ten years since we graduated
B: Not really! Time past quickly.
A: 遇到堵车，心情也“堵”
B: 可不是！上班堵车怕迟到，下班堵车怕回家晚
A: When encountering traffic jam, my mood is also “blocked”
B: Not really! I’m afraid of being late in traffic jam at work, and I’m afraid of going home late in traffic jam at work
