The Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) is an international standardized test that focuses on the ability of non-first language candidates to communicate in their lives, studies and work.

Exam levels include HSK (Level 1), HSK (Level 2), HSK (Level 3), HSK (Level 4), HSK (Level 5), and HSK (Level 6).

Use of the exam

HSK scores meet multiple needs and provide a reference for the following uses:

1. College admissions, class credits, course exemption

2. Recruitment, training and promotion of staff by employing institutions

3. Chinese learners understand and improve their ability to apply Chinese

4. Relevant Chinese teaching units and training institutions evaluate the effectiveness of teaching or training.

In addition, the HSK test results are also a prerequisite for applying for the Confucius Institute Scholarship and coming to China to participate in the “Chinese Summer Camp”.

 

The HSKK test of Chinese proficiency is mainly examined in the oral expression of the Chinese language, including HSKK (primary), HSKK (intermediate) and HSKK (advanced), the examination is in the form of audio recording.

The BCT exam is divided into two parts, written and oral examination, and the two are independent of each other. Written tests include BCT (A), BCT (B)

Use of the exam

BCT results provide a reference for the following uses:

1. To provide standards for enterprises to evaluate non-Native Chinese employees (candidates) and to use Chinese for daily work, and test scores can be used as a reference for selection, recruitment and promotion.

2. For all kinds of schools and training institutions to recruit business-related major students, as well as classes and credit awards and other educational and teaching links, to provide reference to students’ business Chinese ability.

The Medical Chinese Proficiency Test (MCT) is a standardized language test to examine the application level of medical Chinese, which was jointly developed by the Confucius Institute Headquarters and five key medical colleges within the International United Nations. The Medical Chinese Proficiency Examination (MCT) is mainly aimed at medical students, students studying Chinese outside China, and Chinese non-first language health care workers who perform clinical treatment in Chinese inside and outside China, and examine their ability to communicate with patients, medical staff and related personnel in medical/medical settings in Chinese.
